Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must request within 120 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. If 120 minutes have gone by since your scheduled appointment and BPP Services have not heard from you, unfortunately, BPP Services can’t offer you a full refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Client changed mind about service and requests a refund before the appointment
* Client no longer requires notarization
* Client is initially unresponsive but then requests a refund after the 120-minute deadline.

Service Fees
Processing & service fees are non-refundable. These are fees paid to the vendors and payment gateway. Therefore, if you receive a full refund, the cost of the service fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
